2017 HC&G IDAs Presented by One Kings Lane Rules & Entry Checklist

We invite all professionals in the fields of interior design, architecture, small spaces, kitchen design, bath design, garden design and product design to submit their most innovative projects in the Hamptons area. All entries must be submitted online by May 19. All projects are judged by an exclusive panel of judges.
Entries Will Be Accepted in the Following Categories:
Architecture - If available, please include “before” images of the project being submitted.
Bath Design - If available, please include “before” images of the project being submitted.
Garden Design - If available, please include “before” images of the project being submitted.
Kitchen Design - If available, please include “before” images of the project being submitted.
Interior Design - Please submit an entire project consisting of at least three rooms.
Small Spaces - Applicants are invited to submit design projects that are comprised of 1,000 square feet in size or less. This must be a livable multi-functional living space. Examples include apartments, guesthouses, pool houses, garages and wine cellars.
Product Design - Award will go to one designer/manufacturer that incorporates creativity and innovation, whether that is in a piece of furniture, lighting, ceramics, textiles, technology, appliances, automotive, etc. Product must be available for purchase in the state of New York. The winner will be selected by a panel of design professionals. The Readers' Choice Best Product Design winner will be selected by HC&G's online audience.
Only residential projects located in the Hamptons are eligible.
Same project may be entered into multiple categories for additional fee.
Multiple projects may be submitted into one category. (Only one project may be chosen as winner)
Projects cannot have been previously published in print (shelter magazine) or featured digitally.
Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
Images submitted may be published by C&G Media at no cost and may be used for all media. Please obtain prior written permission from the photographer.
Please include the proper photographer’s credit information, along with the name and email address of the photographer, with the digital submission.
Please include a detailed list of other professionals involved in the project and products used.
How to Enter:
All entries must be submitted online.

Select the category you wish to enter
Make sure to add: project name, contact details, company name and address
Enter the description of the project
Upload up to 10 high-resolution digital images that illustrate your project’s best features. State clearly whether it is the Entrant or the Photographer who owns the digital images and the Photography Rights for Editorial Reproduction.
Upload signed homeowner’s release form
