"Late Night" Host Seth Meyers Lists $4.5M West Village Condo
The West Village condo that "Late Night" host Seth Meyers purchased with his wife, Alexi, in 2013 for $3.525 million has hit the market.
Listed with Maxwell Jacobs, the home offers easy access to one of Manhattan's most adored and celebrity-filled neighborhoods. Noted features include an enlarged entry foyer that leads to an enormous sunken living room with a wood burning fireplace, an open kitchen and two spacious bedrooms.
The couple, who welcomed a new baby in March of last year, made some serious cosmetic change to the space. Before photos show an outdated kitchen hidden behind a half wall. In the current listing photos, the entire apartment appears brighter with a modified floor plan and updated fixtures.
Mansion Global first reported the news, also noting the West Village listing doesn't necessarily mean Meyers is on the hunt for a new family home. In 2016, he and his wife paid $7.519 million for a two-story Washington Square Park duplex that was previously owned by Mary-Louise Parker.
