Beyoncé Quietly Sells Her Midtown East Apartment for $10M

Beyoncé can officially add Queen of Real Estate to her growing list of titles. The Carters have been dominating industry news this summer—from buying a lavish LA home in August for $88 million to purchasing a stunning $26 million East Hampton home in September, and now they're at it again.

The New York Post is reporting that Beyoncé unloaded her Midtown East apartment for a cool $9.95 million.

Located at 151 East 58th Street, the 44th-floor apartment is in One Beacon Court, a luxury condominium skyscraper with great allure. The new mom’s former three-bedroom, corner apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, divine finishes, and unparalleled views of Central Park. The sleek kitchen impresses with Italian Basaltina stone counter tops, Brazilian Panna Fragola granite flooring, and stainless steel appliances from Sub-Zero and Wolf.

Building amenities sweeten the deal for the new owner with a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, entertainment suite, concierge, and exclusive early access to all Sony products and events. Residents can also enjoy fine dining at the renowned restaurant Le Cirque conveniently located on the ground floor of the building.

Deborah Grubman, David Adler, and Paul Albano of Corcoran were the agents for the listing.
