Bethenny Frankel and Fredrik Eklund are Flipping a Flatiron Apartment
Bethenny Frankel of Real Housewives of New York and Fredrik Eklund of Million Dollar Listing New York are TV stars, friends, and now business partners. The two will be flipping NYC apartments together on a new real estate show Bravo announced earlier this year, Keeping It Real Estate.
A premiere date has not been announced yet, but that didn’t stop Eklund from giving us a sneak peek of the 10 Madison Square West apartment they recently upgraded.
The real estate tycoon bought a condo loft unit in March for slightly over $3 million and is now asking $4.795 million for the renovated abode. The property was just listed with Fredrik Eklund and his team, all of Douglas Elliman.
The 1,690-square-foot unit received a total gut-renovation and now boasts the highest ceilings in the building at 11.5-feet. Impeccable interiors designed by Jordan Carlyle include high-end details like a Bianco Carraro marble kitchen island, British oak chevron floors, and geometric lighting pendants.
The expertly flipped Flatiron spread is open and airy while still exuding glamour. Each space in the two-bedroom pad intermingles luxuriant pale greys and beiges with plush textures and metallic accents.

Eklund confirmed to Curbed that this property will appear on Bravo’s new renovation-focused show, by which time it could have a happy new owner. The spacious living area sets the tone for the posh condo where a wall of mirrors reflects sleek furnishings and complements two massive windows.
