Jon Hamm’s Upper West Side Penthouse is Both Stunning and Currently Available for Rent
For $14,995/month, someone can now rent Jon Hamm and ex-girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt’s posh Upper West Side penthouse. The duo purchased the two-bedroom spread for $2.5 million back in 2013, but later dissolved as a couple in 2015. Now the stunning apartment is somewhat of an orphan and is therefore available to rent.
Sitting at the top of a landmark building, the 1,000 square-foot penthouse offers two terraces, an open floor plan, and lots of natural light, according to 6sqft. Custom millwork and wainscoting can also be found throughout the home.
The “Mad Men” star is no stranger to New York glamour, but seems to have taken no inspiration from his period drama TV show in the décor of his pad. A neutral color palette exudes effortless elegance throughout the home while artful lighting fixtures, like a Lindsey Adelman chandelier in the dining room, add a contemporary edge.
The exclusive unit is one of two penthouses atop the historic 40 West 67th Street building designed by famous architect Rosario Candela.
Gino Filippone of Corcoran has the divine listing.
