Eva Longoria Just Listed Her Hollywood Hills Compound for $14M
Eva Longoria is ready to part ways with her uber private Hollywood Hills estate. The actress bought the stunning property from Tom Cruise in 2015 for $11.4 million and is now looking to sell it for $14 million.
Five structures sit on the 2.5 acre lot that enchants with “priceless trees and stone paved walking paths with 180 degrees views.” There are two main houses: A European-style villa that offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and a country-style house boasting four bedrooms and four baths. A small stone cottage, perfect for wine storage and tasting, and two studios make up the rest of the compound.
If that layout doesn’t quite fit a buyer’s fancy, however, renowned architect Mark Rios has drawn up plans for a renovation and addition. Should another big name move in, these might come in handy since stars like to put their stamp on houses.
A-list celebs have flocked to this property ever since it was built in 2004 because of its long, private driveway and gates, which keep the paparazzi at bay. Lush landscaping allures them as well as fountains, gardens, trellises and a lagoon-style pool offer a serene escape from L.A.’s daily hustle and bustle.
According to Realtor.com, Longoria and husband José “Pepe” Bastón just purchased a more contemporary home in Beverly Hills for $13.5 million. The estate they are seeking to unload is listed with Loren Judd of Coldwell Banker.
