Condé Nast Chairman Jonathan Newhouse Lists $7M NoMad Penthouse
Jonathan Newhouse, the chairman and chief executive of Condé Nast, is asking $6.995M for his Kips Bay penthouse. Newhouse bought the full-floor spread from womenswear designer Joan Vass more than 10 years ago.
The listing declares the home “an entertainer’s delight” and we can see why: the sprawling living room and formal dining area can easily accommodate large groups and the soirée continues upstairs, where a unique glass penthouse structure—complete with a wet bar—leads to a 1,400-square-foot roof terrace. Additional luxuries include a modern chef’s kitchen outfitted in stainless steel and Gaggenau appliances and a sun-drenched master suite with gorgeous skyline views. Every inch of the 3,400-square-foot interiors were exquisitely re-designed by Daniel Romualdez.
