Lindsey Vonn Unloads $3.65M LA Home Amidst Talks of Retirement
As alpine skier Lindsey Vonn returns from what could be her last Olympic Winter Games with a bronze medal, she's coming home to a major change in her real estate holdings. The professional athlete listed her two-story Los Angeles modern for $3.795 million last November and it sold for a discounted $3.65 million as she was hopping off the PyeongChang slopes.
Clocking in at 4,067-square-feet, the chic pad offers four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and the perfect layout for California indoor/outdoor living. A large space on the first floor holds the living room, kitchen, and dining room, but the best part are the floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors that open to the backyard. Lounge areas next to the zero edge pool make entertaining effortlessly luxurious.
Up the floating staircase, a 400-square-foot balcony provides a spectacular spot to watch the sun set. The master suite is also on the upper level and boasts it’s own private balcony along with a stunning master bath, large closet, and inside seating area.
