The Woolworth Building Unveils a First Look at its Luxury Residences

The interior of a model apartment at the forthcoming Woolworth Tower residences. An iconic silhouette on the New York City skyline, the Woolworth Building will soon be home to 33 residential apartments, spanning the 29th to 58th floors. While all the units are slated for completion this fall, the building revealed the designs of 2 model residences to Mansion Global. Interior designers Alan Tanksley and Eve Robinson each designed a unit on the 38th floor, outfitting them with décor that celebrates the building’s history, while complementing each space’s modern amenities. The apartments—as well as the others in the building—feature Calacatta Caldia marble-clad custom kitchens with Miele appliances, high ceilings and oak herringbone floors. Architect Thierry W. Despont designed the spaces so that none of the walls are load bearing, which means that the layouts can also be easily customized. Sotheby’s International Realty is marketing all 33 units, of which 5 are currently on the market ranging in price from $7.25M for a 2-bedroom to $26.4M for a 4-bedroom with a terrace. The crown jewel of the building will be the 7-story “Pinnacle” penthouse, which is not yet priced.
