Savannah Guthrie's Tribeca Loft Asks $6M
Today anchor Savannah Guthrie and her husband, political consultant Michael Feldman, have listed their sprawling Tribeca loft for just shy of $6M. Feldman and Guthrie bought the unit for $3.8M in 2012, the same year she replaced Ann Curry as cohost of Today alongside Matt Lauer.
The 2,691-square-foot loft is located in BKSK Architects’ No. 77 Reade Street Condominium and features a layout unique to the building that allows for a 3 or 4-bedroom design that retains a bonus playroom/home office. It also boasts a spacious great room with 5 floor-to-ceiling windows and a sleek open kitchen with Miele appliances. The master bedroom is adjacent to the great room and overlooks Reade Street, while the rest of the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment and face the building’s peaceful courtyard.
