Enjoy the Best of Tuscany in This Montefollonico Boutique Hotel

Tuscan Boutique Hotel with Michelin-Star Restaurant in Montefollonico, Italy

Many people dream of leaving their hectic lives for adventures abroad. George and Linda Meyers, a Washington, DC-based couple, did just that when they gave up the rat race to cook in Tuscany for a year. What resulted was a new passion where they founded three cooking schools (Cook In Tuscany, Cook In Mexico, and Cook In Cuba). They have continued to live their dream by purchasing the boutique hotel La Chiusa.

During your stay, guests can enjoy the beautiful views of Montepulciano and Monte Amiata as they stroll the rolling hills that lead to the property's 900-tree olive grove and then return to their room each evening to turn down service and a sweet treat! La Chiusa's Michelin-star garden-to-table restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and guests are always welcome into the kitchen for a slice of fresh baked cake or a piece of cantucci (almond cookies).

La Chiusa will also be the home base for the Meyer's cooking school, Cook In Tuscany, where participants will stay at the hotel and cook in the kitchen — as well as explore, taste, and cook throughout Tuscany.

Rates at La Chiusa start from $128 per night for a standard double and go up to $278 per night for a deluxe family room with terrace. For additional information or to make a reservation, call +39 0577 669668, e-mail info@lachiusatuscany.com or visit https://lachiusatuscany.com.
