Emily Blunt and John Krasinski Buy in a Hot Brooklyn Building

Mary Poppins Returns star Emily Blunt and Jack Ryan leading man, John Krasinski, shine on screen and off, separate and together. The married couple made a splash last year when they starred in a movie side by side for the first time, and despite a growing amount of success and fame, they’re staying true to their real estate roots.

Eyebrows rose when they sold their Park Slope townhouse last May, but Blunt and Krasinski didn’t move far. The pair secretly scooped two units in the hot and elusive Brooklyn building called The Standish, a move that gave them an entire floor to work with. Perched at the top of the building is Matt Damon’s new penthouse, which just broke records for the priciest sale in Brooklyn

According to The Wall Street Journal, the quiet, two-unit purchase closed for over $11 million. Details beyond that are difficult to come by as the coveted building offers few interior photos, but dailyDEEDS will be keeping an eye out to see if this Brooklyn Heights building becomes the next celebrity hotspot (and it looks like it might!).
