Bruce Willis’ Central Park West Apartment Sold After a Week on the Market

A little over a week ago, Bruce Willis and his wife Emma Heming listed their Upper West Side apartment for $17.75 million. The pair probably didn’t expect to bid farewell to their luxe unit so soon, but it found a buyer in lighting speed and the contract has already been signed. 

With a top-of-the-line kitchen, sweeping park views, and six spacious bedrooms, it’s easy to see why a buyer didn’t want to waste time. Located at 271 Central Park West, the two-story apartment’s size is an alluring rarity in this pre-war building. Previous owners combined two units to create the sprawling 6,000-square-foot abode.
