The house sold for $5.5M, but Luxury Listings was unable to confirm whether Trump and Kushner bought the home or are renting it from the recent buyers. According to the listing, held by Cynthia Howar of Washington Fine Properties, the house has been recently renovated and the interiors boast a decidedly contemporary style. An open floor plan, high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen and multiple entertaining terraces add touches of elegance.
