Alyson Hanigan and Alexis Denisof's Brentwood Park Home Sells for $8.16M

The estate features a main house, a guesthouse and a pool.

Alyson Hanigan—best known for her roles as Willow Rosenberg on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Lily Aldrin on How I Met Your Mother—and her husband Alexis Denisof have found a buyer for their Brentwood estate, reports the LA Times. Hanigan and Denisof listed the 4-bedroom Traditional home for $8.795M in October of last year with David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, but let go of it for slightly under the asking price. According to public record, the closing price was $8,156,250.

The New England-style Traditional home sits on a 27,000-square-foot lot at the end of a gated circular driveway in the highly desirable enclave of Brentwood Park. Built in the 1930’s, it was recently renovated by Hanigan and Denisof and features a sunny entry hall that leads to a step-down living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room and a bonus room that could be used as an office or den. The remodeled kitchen has a spacious center island and a breakfast area. Upstairs, there are 3 bedroom suites including the master, which has a private terrace and fireplace. A detached 3-room guesthouse and pool complete the estate.
