Bethenny Frankel Wants $5.25M for Her Custom SoHo Loft

A trio of arched windows light the sunken living room.Real Housewives star Bethenny Frankel is moving on from her SoHo loft, The Observer reports, listing it for $5.25M with Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes. Frankel bought the apartment in 2014 for $4.2M, but is now looking for a larger place for herself and her daughter. The listing gushes that the 2,392-square-foot home has been "architect-renovated" and boasts an entertaining-ready open floor plan flooded with sunlight from dramatic arched windows. The sunken living room is anchored by a fireplace and also accesses a balcony overlooking SoHo. Adjacent to the great room is the professionally appointed kitchen, which features extra wine storage—not surprising since Frankel is the creator of the Skinnygirl cocktail empire. The master suite has been completely custom-outfitted with a breathtaking walk-in closet and marble-wrapped master bathroom. The second bedroom—which currently boasts a pink-on-pink palette—is also spacious and features an en-suite bathroom as well. This is not Frankel's first foray into Manhattan real estate, she put her TriBeCa apartment on the market for nearly $7M in October last year and it sold after only a day on the market.
