Peek Inside the First Rentals at Zaha Hadid’s 520W28
Closings began last month for units at Zaha Hadid’s ultra-modern 520W28, the lauded architect’s only contribution to the NYC skyline, and the first 3 rental units in the building hit the market on Tuesday morning. The largest residence sold for $7.25M and asks $22,500/month and the other 2 both sold for $5.195M and ask $15k/month.
Warburg Realty’s Ugo Russino represents Residence 31, which is the largest of the 3 rental units at 2,156 square feet. That home features an open kitchen designed by Zaha Hadid in collaboration with Boffi as well as a dazzling master suite and a private balcony overlooking the High Line.
The other 2 units, both represented by Nest Seekers International’s Chase Landow and Ryan Serhant, hover around 1,700 square feet and offer 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each features a unique sculptural element designed by Zaha Hadid in its entryway.
All 3 residences offer access to the building’s enviable suite of shared amenities including a full-time concierge, private IMAX theater, 75-foot swimming pool and entertainment terrace.
