Which Former CEO Is Selling His Fashion-Forward Tribeca Apartment for $6.395M?

Fashion executive Craig Leavitt, who was, up until earlier this month, the CEO at Kate Spade, is letting go of his Tribeca apartment.

Purchased in 2016 for $5.2M, the three-bedroom loft occupies a sprawling 2,409 square feet. The interiors are as sophisticated as the bags, satchels and wristlets that define the Kate Spade brand, with notable customizations that include leather wall panels and walnut cabinetry.

According to the listing, held by Linda Feder of The Corcoran Group, "additional upgrades include California Closet systems, custom millwork, additional lighting, stunning motorized window treatments, speakers and a smart home system."

The listing price is more than $1M over what Leavitt paid for the pad last year.
