Stern’s 520 Park. His new home is one of 4 duplex penthouses in the building, which was developed by Zeckendorf Development LLC and is slated to have 34 residences when it is complete.

The home contains 6 bedrooms across 9,138 square feet of interior living space and 2 floors, which are connected by a sweeping central staircase. According to 520 Park’s website, the apartment is comparable to a “city villa in the sky” and additionally features a 279-square-foot terrace that frames views of Midtown to the south and Central Park to the north.
