Brooks and Falotico Associates, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Louise Brooks. Vincent Falotico joined the firm in 1993 and became a partner in 1999. The firm specializes in custom residential design, and has completed hundreds of projects in Connecticut, Westchester, Long Island, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Florida, South Carolina, Colorado and Montana. Their work ranges in size, from 500 to 25,000 square feet and in complexity, from kitchen renovations to estate compounds. Their services include programming, design, contract documents, local regulatory review and construction review. Its award-winning work has been featured in many books, blogs and periodicals including Cottages and Gardens, Traditional Home, Renovation Style, House and Garden and House Beautiful.
